Website and estimate requests.

This website provides information about The Tree Guy and a way to request an estimate. A submitted request is not a contract, final price, guaranteed appointment, or guarantee that a particular method is appropriate for a tree. Final scope, timing, price, cleanup, and access requirements must be agreed before work begins.

Optional marketing messages.

You may separately opt into marketing email or text messages. Email permission is used for occasional tree-care tips and offers, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message. Text consent is optional, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Opting into marketing is not required to request an estimate.

After a text opt-out request, a confirmation message may be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service availability and safety.

Website content does not promise 24-hour or emergency response, a specific availability window, or a particular tree-work method. Stay clear of unstable trees, hanging limbs, and power lines. Contact the utility when power lines are involved and emergency services when there is immediate danger to people.
