Information we collect.

When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property city or ZIP, requested service, description, contact preference, and the consent choices you make on the form. Basic campaign or referral information may also accompany the request so we can understand how you reached the site.

How we use it.

We use estimate information to respond to your request, discuss the property, schedule or coordinate service, and maintain the customer relationship. Marketing email and text messages are sent only when you separately choose the applicable marketing option. Marketing email consent is recorded with the estimate submission and may be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Text messaging and mobile information.

SMS consent is optional. Service-related and marketing text consent are collected separately, and neither checkbox is required to request an estimate. If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in records, and texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Service providers may process information only as needed to support requested business services. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not used for unrelated purposes.

Service providers.

The Tree Guy may use service providers, including GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, to process estimate requests, customer records, scheduling, communications, or related business operations on our behalf. They receive only the information needed to provide those services.

Retention and security.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for customer service, business records, legal obligations, and the purposes described here. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices.

You may decline optional SMS and email marketing consent and still request an estimate. If you have opted into text messaging, reply STOP to opt out. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message.
